The customer is liable for return cost of any goods purchased from us.
All ex-display goods are sold as seen and without warrenty, they may have minor defects, marks or cosmetic flaws. We do not accept returns for ex-display goods
Inspection – we inspect and photograph all firearms, Air Rifles and parts before shipping.
If a gun/package/outer box arrives and is damaged you must sign for it as such and notify us immediately.
If you’re returning the goods because you no longer want them, it’s up to you to organize and pay for the return postage which needs to be tracked and insured, (the customer is liable for any damages caused during return shipping) it must also must be an appropriate service relating the goods ordered. You will also need to pay for the cost of shipping the goods to you.
